A collaborative research group led by Professor Takahiko Kojima of the University of Tsukuba and Professor Kazunari Yoshizawa and Associate Professor Yoshihito Shiota of the Institute for Materials Chemistry and Engineering has successfully developed a complex catalyst that efficiently converts methane to methanol. This achievement was published in Nature on April 5, 2023.
